I rode with Robert (he goes by Don) quite a bit on Day 1 down Back Road and VA 42. A strong rider on the rollers, he pulled the two of us 11 miels from Broadway to Harrisonburg. He had several mechanicals that he overcame, and was still 6th on the road out of Floyd on le retour. I hate to see he DNF'ed and I wonder what happened..
