Hear, hear! Or is it "here?" Either way, it looks like good news to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the meeting to hear about funding that already exists for a number of projects. Up until then I had assumed that the Comprehensive Bicycle Plan was a nice idea, but one that had none of the necessary monies behind it. It sounds like this may not be the case. Go Raleigh!
